Tour Booking Policies
- When you are ready to book a tour package, we ask for a deposit to secure your reservation, which will be applied to the total tour cost.
- You can make the deposit using a personal check or a credit card, including American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
- The final payment is due 60 days before your travel date unless other arrangements have been made.
- Please note that guests are responsible for arranging their flights to and from the destination cities where the tour commences and concludes.
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.
- For any tour package booked, the following cancellation fees will be applied: a 25% cancellation fee will be charged between 60 and 31 days before your first day of travel, and within 30 days of travel, the tour package is non-refundable.
- If any event is canceled during your tour due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be issued for the canceled event.
- Tour costs are based on shared accommodations with double occupancy, subject to availability. Rates for additional family members will vary depending on lodging and rental vehicle arrangements.
