- You will have the chance to review your confirmed itinerary and inform us of any desired changes or questions. We can then go over your confirmed itinerary together to ensure that each travel day is tailored to your liking.
- We’ll send your custom travel book 60 days before your tour starts, which provides all of the information supporting your confirmed itinerary and voucher packet. Your custom travel book will include information for all day tours, accommodations, transportation, and meals, as well as articles and maps for wildlife viewing, hiking, sightseeing, and historical information.
- During your trip, we’ll follow your tour to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll stay in touch over the phone, communicate with vendors, and ensure you reach each location as planned. If any issues come up, we’re just a phone call away.
